When George met Marcia, they had much more things in common than just their professions, there was an obvious connection. He married Marcia Griffin in 1969 (They were married for 13 years). George Lucas worked exclusively as a producer throughout the 1980s and most of the ‘90s. In 1971 he formed the production corporation Lucasfilm Ltd., which eventually consisted of a number of divisions, one of them being Industrial Light and Magic (ILM, established 1975), which was considered the most renowned special effects studio in American film history. George Lucas has a mind like no other; he has created several of the most popular films including the world renowned Star Wars Trilogy. Lucas also introduced state of the art sound effects and visuals which captured the imaginations of people everywhere. George Lucas had the initiative of implementing the maximum potential of sound, sound tracks, and visual effects into his movies.
