Some of the local competition comes from The Evergreen Inn, the Hotel Pension Anna, the Obertal Inn, the Alpen Rose Inn, and the Bavarian Ritz Hotel. All of these hotels are within easy walking distance from one another in central downtown Leavenworth. I have found a perspective buyer by the name of Lois Lane.
