According to my 24 hour log and my Fitbit, yesterday I slept for 5 hours and 12 minutes, I took 8,801 steps, climbed 28 flights of stairs, drank 80 oz of water. I was at work for about 9 hours, was stuck in traffic for 2 hours while coming home, spent 2 hours with my son before I put him to sleep and read journal articles for about 3 hours before I called it a day.
