Maya plays smart defense by not going for the reach but still being a nuisance to the offense. Maya also is a good teammate by going for the double teammate and helping out on the stop with a block where she averages 0.79 blocks per game. In the WNBA semi-finals Maya Moore stole Noelle Quin (player from Phoenix) pass with 1.5 seconds left in the tied game 71-71 made a free throw winning the game 72-71 to sweep the defending Champions.
