    sure that there was a fire going everyday in order to get saved. In order to be a survivor one should find purpose in any circumstance to help get saved from the troubles they face. It is much easier to just give up than to figure out how to survive, which is why it is important to find one's purpose in any situation. By finding a purpose one will have the ability to not only survive but thrive through any obstacle they face. The ability to have tenacity through any situation in life will make oneself be able to survive and thrive through any circumstance they go through. In the article Catching Kayla by Lindsay Crouse, Kayla’s story represents tenacity and how having it will push one through any challenge they face. Kayla was diagnosed with M.S, and instead of giving up she told her coach, “I don’t know how much time I have left, so I want to run fast, don’t hold back” (Crouse). Even though Kayla was diagnosed with a disease that causes her to lose feeling in her legs, and will one day paralyze her, she stuck in there and made the best of the situation just like any survivor should. By having tenacity one is able to overcome any circumstance. Being able to fight through and overcome those circumstance are really important because when one is willing to give up, they need that tenacity to keep them going.
