This system is supported across the university, however there could be better buy-in from some lecturers who see it merely as a complaints system or a burden. Our Student Advice and Support (SAS) Manager tries to gain both positive and constructive feedback and relays it to the faculty deans throughout the semester. This helps encourage lecturers, and identify learning edges for personal development.
