Part 1 Under normal circumstances, the proposed standard requires companies to recognize the leased assets and liabilities. Leases has been reclassified as A type and B type. A type is leasing assets other than leasing the property, while the B-type is leasing the property. For the Lessee that the right using assets and lease liabilities should be recognized in the P.V (present value) of the lease payments initially. If the lease is classified as A Type, right of use assets and liabilities of the lease that should be amortized in subsequent periods, in which the right to use assets need under the straight-line basis to amortize. If the lease has been identified as B type, lessee need subsequently amortize rights of use asset and the lease liability, in this case, the cost of lease need to achieve under the straight line basis.
