    The two companies, Divine Chocolate and Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage are two profitable business that have been in their industry for several years establishing themselves with focus on their work towards sustainability and branding of their products. The main goals of the two firms are to create profit but to also instruct and teach their consumers to be more aware of sustainability in different formats to increase their market. Divine Chocolate Analysis Divine Chocolate is a chocolate company that was established in 1998 under the name of The Day Chocolate Company and later became known as its current name of Divine Chocolate in 2007 Established as a fair-trade chocolate company, the organization is a co-op private firm with Kuapa Kokoo, a cocoa producers owning 45 percent of Divine Chocolate, Ltd., the UK company and the 33 percent of Divine Chocolate Incorporated, the US firm (Fair Trade USA) In April of 2015, the two Divine Chocolate companies merged creating Divine Chocolate Incorporated a own subsidiary of Divine Chocolate, Ltd. The company operates in a competitive market with competitors from large named manufactures such as Nestle, Hershey, and Lindt and Sprungli, and other fair-trade chocolates like Equal Exchange and Theo Chocolate. In the 2014-2015 Annual Report, Divine Chocolate reported an increase of $1,641,000 in gross profits and increase of 22% in overall growth.
