God and whether or not he was actually going to save them or if he cared about them. I found it very hard and emotional to read about the cold brutal reality of the Holocaust told from a young boys perspective. Many people have heard about Oskar Schindler, but do the people of our time really know how he participated in WWII and how he touched numerous lives? Many Nazis despised Oskar Schindler because he was supposedly “A Jew Lover”, but I think that he did amazing things. I am in complete astonishment that a single man saved the lives of over a thousand Jews and many other people from other nationalities that the Germans were against. I think that Schindler is a great role model and motivator. Schindler also established another enamel works in Zolbience. This factory became the haven for around nine hundred Jewish workers. He provided them with…

On this amazing ten day pilgrimage, myself and 27 other members of the surrounding youth groups experienced the rustic architecture of Krakow Poland, met many new people, and took two day trips. The architecture in Poland is centuries old compared to the modern buildings of today's world. As our group of pilgrims walked through Krakow, we marveled at the beautiful structures around us. Apartments and storefronts looked…
