    • 3 Pages

Ms. Steward-Wetterauer first came to tour Forest Lake at Oyster Point Apartments on April 7, 2016. On her initial visit it was noted that she was looking to move in around May 10, 2015 but needed to talk with her husband before making a final decision because he was oversees. Ms. Steward-Wetterauer did not submit her application for rental until April 11, 2016. Within those four days, apartments were leased to other prospects submitting applications and availability and rates had changed. Her application was approved on April 13, 2016. On April 18, 2016, Ms. Steward-Wetterauer made the decision to lease 322-A which was a two bedroom / two bath apartment home. Shortly after this date, Ms. Steward-Wetterauer called the office and spoke to the community manager about the rate. A pricing adjustment was made to lower rent to honor the rate at the time she submitted her application, rather than the time she finally decided lease 322-A. Pertaining to the complaint regarding unresolved maintenance issues, we have been working with Ms. Steward-Wetterauer for several weeks in order to satisfy her request for mostly cosmetic repairs in her apartment. Items of concern include replacement of oven racks, replacement of window blinds and slats, having the carpet re-cleaned and stretched, tightening cabinet knobs, removal of paint from a door knob, installation of a new ceiling fan (where typically there is not one), and other minor adjustments made to miscellaneous lights and…

This seemed somewhat bizarre to me because looking closely at the image; it had me thinking to myself whether that was a piece of fur that was…
