Kitty O’Neil is a Texas native who was born on March 24, 1946. Her birthplace was Corpus Christi, Texas. Kitty was born to a Native American mother who raised her. This was said to be the reason for her tenacious approach to life. Kitty’s birth to her mother set the stage for her future.
