Peyton has got a good share of trophies and achievements in his day. Finally, Peyton overcame lots of obstacles and has been through alot.“Manning had four surgeries on his neck due to a herniated disc that was causing him pain...”(Adam Stites). This was back in 2011 a lot of people did not think he would ever play again, the colts even released him. When Peyton was a free agent John Elway decided to pick him up. Then Peyton played for the Denver Broncos he went to two superbowls!! Even in 2015 Peyton missed a few weeks, but after he took a little break he came back to the field and won the super bowl!! Eli however had no major injuries and he played with New York Giants his whole career. Every season Peyton’s return is never guaranteed. “If Peyton Manning does not play another down in 2015, no one would be shocked if he decided to retire at the end of the season. However, that's no guarantee that's going to happen.”(John Breech). Peyton Manning has played for 18 seasons, Eli actually has only played for 12 seasons. Peyton is actually the oldest quarterback to win a super bowl. The 2nd youngest was John Elway who was 38 years and Peyton is 39 and going to be 40 in march. The age does not matter for Peyton he will do it for the sport he loves and cares about. As you can clearly see Peyton Manning is better than Eli Manning. He beat many big records, he gets trophies, and he overcame lots of obstacles. With all those incredible things peyton manning did he for sure is a hall of…
