    Berlusconi is one of Europe’s most captivating and debatable or controversial figures. He is not only a former Prime minister of Italy but a three time prime minister of Italy, from 1994 to 1995, 2001 to 2006, and 2008 to 2011. He came from a middle class background to become the wealthiest man in the country. He is also the owner of the nation’s top football team and the leader of a media empire. Silvio Berlusconi was born on September 29, 1936 to a native Milan banker Luigi Berlusconi and Rosa Bossi. He was the first of three children. He studied law at the Universita Statale in Milan, and graduated in 1961. In in the early 1960s, Milan was a city which offered many possibilities to determined young graduates, even those who have chosen a career in law. Soon after graduation, he began his career in the building construction business when he took interest in the design of a garden city. After a few failed building projects, Milano 2 was the project that made Berlusconi’s name. Milano 2 was an early Italian exercise in bounded space. It was located in east of Milan.
