It basically means that, what you do pursuing your interest can benefit others more than what you meant it to. Invisible Hand can also be described as self-regulation on the market, so people can profit without anybody interfering. It is most often used to work on the free market, consumers going for lower prices and entrepreneurs going for the highest profit.
