This is saying that Gramps and Sal both agree that Sal is a country girl.In Walk Two Moons By Sharon Creech , Bybanks,Kentucky is important to the character Sal because of her belongings,her memories,and the trees. Bybanks,Kentucky is important to the character Sal because of her belongings. In chapter 1 Sal supports this by saying” My Father plucked me like a weed,and took all of our belongings,that’s not true he didn’t take the chestnut tree,the willow,the maple tree,the hayloft, or the swimming hole.Sal is saying that her father took her and all her belongings.
