Importance of Work Experience Essay

These themes included the importance of effective collaboration and the importance of a successful mentoring relationship. In the following sections, I will utilize Gibb’s Reflective Model to analyze the themes I learned this semester. Theme #1: The Importance of Effective Collaboration Description My previous experiences with collaboration were limited to interdisciplinary collaboration in my work environment.
