1955 hrs Ikhra called back reporting that her vehicle was now missing and she suspected Diriye took the vehicle but she did not see him actually take the vehicle. I went back to the address and contacted Ikhra and her mother, Isniino Osman. Isniino is the registered owner of the vehicle, but Ikhra is the primary driver of the vehicle. Isniino speaks little English, therefore, Ikhra processed as the translator. Isniino stated that she did not give anyone else beside Ikhra permission to borrow/use/ take, or in any other way be in possession of the vehicle. Isniino later reported that she has never given Diriye permission to drive that vehicle or any of the families other vehicles. The vehicle, WA/AQB2254, was listed as a black 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe - 5NMSH73E87H032092. I completed an Auburn Police Department Motor Vehicle form and Isniino signed the form, including the consent to search section. Auburn Records entered the vehicle into WACIC/NCIC as stolen. At about 2154 hours, King County's Guardian One Air Unit contacted the Auburn Police Department, via dispatch, and advised that they had located a possible stolen vehicle using a Low Jack System. Guardian One advised they had received a hit for WA/AQB2254, which was Isniino's listed stolen vehicle. Guardian One advised the vehicle was southbound on Auburn Way N in about the 3000 block. I arrived in the area and located the vehicle, which was occupied by one male, later identified as Diriye Mohamed. Along with…
