I take many vacations, and do a lot of hiking. Though, I have to say, Ice Lake is one of my favorites. The trailhead for Ice Lake starts in Silverton/Ouray, and from there it is an eight mile hike, and a 2,430 elevation gain. We were staying in Ouray at the time, when we did the hike. Lost at Berry College Many people how beautiful the grounds of Berry College are, but what they don’t know is there are 26,000 acres of them.
