over £2.2 million a year. An interview that I conducted myself with a a Highland council social worker, who wishes to remain anonymous, showed that regardless of the named person scheme social workers will always remain under pressure and under constant scrutiny so an extra £2.1 million a year charge would not be helpful. As it has been reported by various SNP spokespersons, having a named person in itself may be compulsory but acting on their advice or co-operating with them isn't or will never be compulsory so people who are scared about the Scottish government intruding in their lives have no reason to be scared. Most see this as spying which downgrades or diminishes the role of the parent all together. Lastly, a report commissioned by the Scottish government in the Highland council area which was a trial area of the named person scheme showed…

No matter how many positive behavioral programs or steps a school has taken, some areas will always remain a challenge. Those areas, like the cafeteria, hallways, bus gathering areas, and playgrounds, are usually the ones that lack more teacher observation and tasks to direct student behavior. Highland High School, a 9-12 rural school located outside of Columbus, Ohio, and Lacey Elementary, a K-6 urban school, are no exception. While the schools have many areas under control, the hallways at…

I had swam into the hidden undersea cave that contained my human clothing. Last evening I’d had a vision; I would find my lifemate in the area above the sea caves.
