Caitlin’s Growth Response Caitlin has grown in so many ways throughout the book. At the beginning of the book Caitlin was socially struggling. Throughout the book Caitlin slowly made friendships. Caitlin never liked group projects so when Caitlin was invited into a group with Emma and her friends she was surprised and accepted the offer. The girls in Caitlin’s group were very welcoming and encouraging because they let Caitlin do the drawing, her favorite thing to do. During the course of the group project Caitlin and the girls created strong bonds and friendships. During the book Caitlin and Josh had some fire between them. They both thought the other person was mean and the death of their family member was the other person's fault. By the end of the book they both realized that there was really nothing to be mad at each other for. Caitlin was more considerate to Josh also because of the strong relationship between her friend Michael and Josh. They need someone who has been in the same situation who really understands the pain and struggle of family loss. What they really needed was each other. The painting demonstrates an unknown aspect, which to me, relates a lot to life. Life has a general direction, but there are so many different experiences unknown to us, but the major one is like a Dark Passage. At first glance, the artist draws the viewer’s attention to the cave. It is…

Although viewers are most likely going to sympathize for the servants being lynched simply because of the incredibly appalling nature of the act, the flashback attempts to formally associate the servants with malicious intent. As Violet starts…

In choosing this topic for my Take the Challenge project, I didn’t realize how much I would experience my topic. I’m Michaela La Vonne Dimick. I am 16 years old, and I have depression. If anyone has looked at a brightly colored image, and then looked at a black-and-white version of that image, then he or she would notice that he or she observes more detail in the black and white photo.
