    Valltos, George was brought into the facility by G4S Transportation Officer Miller on behalf of Pinellas County Sheriff Deputy Magli on the charge of Misdemeanor – Resisting an Officer; Without Violence (Obstruction). Officer Miller advised staff that Valltos was intoxicated, uncooperative, bleeding from the mouth, had been tased prior to his arrest, and further assistance would be needed in getting Valltos into the facility. Officer Miller also informed staff that Valltos attempted to “slip” his handcuffs by attempting to bring them to the front of his body, but that they were stuck between his knees. Cpl. Frost and I, supervised by Sgt. Jones, entered the sally port. Cpl. Frost and I assisted Valltos out of the transportation van, and placed him on the sally port ground. Cpl. Frost and I re-adjusted the handcuffs to the rear of Valltos’ back to allow him to walk upright. Staff assisted Valltos to his feet, and into the facility. Valltos refused to walk during his escort, forcing staff to carry his bodyweight at times during his escort. After capturing a facial recognition picture, staff escorted Valltos to holding cell C-146 and exchanged his personal clothing for an inmate uniform. Sgt. Jones attempted to begin a dialog with Valltos, however, he would only respond with threats to staff, demanding grievances, or plans of suing staff. Nurse Ray was summoned for a medical evaluation of Valltos. Once it was completed, Nurse Ray advised staff that she was placing Valltos on…
