4 garlic clove (Minced)
1 onion (Chopped)
5 smoked sausages (Sliced to 4 pieces)
1 yellow pepper (Deseeded and chopped)

1 teaspoon parsley
½ cup white wine
½ cup pasta water
1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Pour away the pasta water. Reserving ½ cup for later usage.
