“Shame it is, right Carl?” Steve moaned. He couldn’t believe himself. A blood curdling scream had filled the empty, black room, and he knew exactly who had made it. It was like he just turned to stone. None of his muscles decided to work. Somehow he didn’t feel any drips on his cold cheeks. He knew Hart’s fate before his deciding, why was he only mourning his death now? “Yeah…” His thought trailed off to the sky, and he noticed how much more smoggy it became. “At least we’re fine though. Hey, check this out!” Steve just found a copy of “The Daily Words,” their city newspaper. “Whaddya know, another 10% tax raise! Gotta pay that debt, Mr. President!” Steve cheered gleefully. It was like he completely forgot about Hart, and Carl, too. “Come on, what’s with the long face? I’m sure you’ll be fine,” Steve responded to Carl’s frown. Carl began to realize how ignorant these people are. As he looked at the paper, he began to understand why “The Forbidden One” had destroyed this place long ago. “COULD WE PLEASE HAVE CARL FARELY COME UP TO GET HIS PRINTS, PLEASE COULD WE HAVE CARL FARELY UP TO GET HIS PRINTS.” The robotic loudspeaker brought Carl back to his senses. “Don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll be alright.” Steve reassured him, after seeing his pale face. “Anybody like you would be fine, trust me.” His voice sounded so ignorant that Carl felt like slapping him. No, he felt like breaking everybody’s nose, and laughing at them as if they were little children. They were all so…

From the beginning this mentality integrated itself into Kelly’s dance style. His brother Fred relates that “Gene wanted to have a masculine image, so we [the studio] never wore tights or short pants on the boys” (Frank 174). Kelly fused his rugged personal attitude “with a muscular style of jazz tap dancing that was digging, loud, and strong” (Hill 185). The dancer’s Irish heritage shines through more than mere brute force; “some elements of the Irish tradition of jig and clog resonate in…

I usually avoid posting politically charged statuses on Facebook simply because most any political statement can rapidly devolve into mud-slinging and ad hominem attacks due to people 's inability to truly consider both sides of every issue before speaking, however, this is something I believe needs to be said. Before I say this though, keep in mind, I am neither endorsing nor degrading the man in question, I am simply addressing something I believe needs to be addressed: Donald Trump. The range…
