that he never left school during the afternoon when Hae was killed. But this call puts him and his cellphone together. Not to mention that the person who had the cellphone was Jay since Adnan let Jay borrow the car to get Stephanie a gift and Adnan left his phone in the glove compartment. This puts Adnan and Jay together when they aren't supposed to be. The call lasted 2 minutes. If Adnan was really in school and Jay wasn’t talking to Nisha, since she says she does not know Jay. Then who was on the phone?. This is the only true evidence that puts Adnan on the spot Although this may be true, let’s not forget about who found the body. A man named Mr S. found Hae’s body when stopping through Leakin Park to urinate. He went further into the forest so that no one passing by could see him, and that’s when he discovers the body behind a log. Seems legit, if she wasn’t 127 feet in the woods away from the main road near a stream of water. How did Mr.S find the body that had been hidden so well? It’s so hard to believe someone who didn’t commit the crime found it. Mr.S also has a past, which makes this situation bit more suspicious. He is a Streaker and had many chargers filed against him, which makes this so much more ridiculous. Given these points, it is evident that Adnan couldn't have committed the crime. With him being seen after school the day of her death at the library, Jay’s story about the phone booth not making sense since it did not exist, and the man that found Hae’s…
