Firstly, on Christmas Eve, I get ready to go out to eat with my extended family and relatives. We almost always go to a fancy Italian restaurant that has a nice atmosphere and has good food. We go to restaurants that are sometimes in town, but sometimes they are a bit of a drive away. For example, this year we went to an upscale one somewhere approximately 30 minutes from Hawthorne. When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that there was a lot of people and the place smelled very good. It was a mix of fresh bread and a bunch of different kinds of pasta sauces. When we sat down, I ordered calamari and fettuccine alfredo. At first, the bread came out to our table. It smelled extremely good like it just came out of the oven, and it tasted even better. My food started to come out and the calamari was very well made and made me wanting to ask for another order of it. I couldn’t do that since my main course was already in front of my face sitting on the table. It smelled amazing and also tasted very creamy and delicious, and lived up to my expectations.
