According to the SWOT analysis, there are some weaknesses and strengths not only because of the brand new product and its introduction to the market, but also because of the several factors affecting the micro and macro environment. Nevertheless, the strengths and the opportunities represent very high possibilities to overcome such difficulties. The main advantages that the presented product has, are the quality, the Certifications (Organic, Fair Trade) and the promise of a great experience, not only gourmet but educational. The costs revealed a big feasibility because of the relative low initial investment, the attractive return and profits and the possible future outcomes. Therefore even as a gourmet product with high prices, we can achieve desirable gains within the first year. After elaborating this report and analyzing the several factors affecting the marketing for the Home Gardening Kit, we concluded that it is a very feasible and attractive product which can successfully enter the Mexican market and achieve the objectives and goals proposed here. 2.
