My beasts lives in an environment that is has numerous mountains. These mountains are covered in a layer of ice and snow. There are frigid winds that blows through these elevations. Between the peaks there are large expanses that have a thin layer of very slick and slippery wet clay or mud. This layer of mud makes it very difficult for any animals to walk on.
