The biggest surprise during the interview was to find out that Deborah still faces struggles with asking others for help. Many times when people are higher up in a company they are glad to delegate their work to other employees. I felt helpful in the fact that I was able to use information that we were taught in lab and class to somewhat flip the switch and guide her.
