Mirror, Mirror exhibition is a great idea for artists to showcase their work to the great city of York. Laure Drogoul, a Baltimore artist, had an open call for artists to represent themselves to the viewers and illustrate how artists saw themselves. The Marketview Arts allows an opportunity by having different exhibits throughout the year, so that regional artists can have their work seen by the public. The Bodies exhibition showcases preserved human bodies dissected to display bodily system. The exhibit is set up so that one started at the skeletal system. The skeletal system showed the skeletal, the whole body bone include the ribs, large bone call femur and small bone call fibula, adult skull and infant skull. For the Senior Capstone Exhibition, I presented a series of five photographs. Each of the photos were printed 16” x 20” portraits accompanied by text underneath them. The portraits are of a five individuals portraying an emotionless expression. The emotions will live in the stories, not in the facial expressions of the models.
