Fill a shaker with ice, and add the following: 2/3 oz. lemon juice, 1 oz. each fresh orange juice and fresh pineapple juice, 1/3 oz. each grenadine and simple syrup, 1.5 oz dark rum, and 2 oz. sparkling water. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain over ice into a highball glass. Add three to four dashes of Angostura bitters, and garnish with a cherry or pineapple slice. Number Sixteen: Pickle Juice Bloody Mary. This recipe takes a classic and amps it up with pickle juice. Into a highball glass, add the following: one dash Worcestershire sauce, one dash Tabasco, and salt and pepper to taste. Add ice, then add the following: 1 oz. pickle juice, 1.5 oz. vodka, 3 oz. tomato juice, and 1/2 oz. lemon juice. Gently stir, and garnish with a slice of lemon and a Gherkin pickle.
