It was the wee hours of the morning on a hot and scorching June 11th 2015 I had no idea that my life and perspective of life would be altered. I just sent a text message to my co-worker Sean about going to K-Mart Store in Bowling Green Kentucky to help out. I was hesitant to go because it was an hour away. He ended up miraculously persuaded me to pursue this paid adventure. It was around 5:00 I was changing and getting ready to go on this trip with my Co-workers Sean and Haley. I told my mother about it yesterday and she didn’t seem so swayed by it. I went in her room that morning and told her of my plans, she was still hesitant she said she had a bad feeling but then told me to be careful. We rendezvoused at work and went off. Most of trip I was looking out the window listening to music and enjoying the scenery Tennessee has to offer. I remember talking about this final destination crash scene with my co-workers and joking around about it but deep down I was fearful it would happen to us. I kept glancing out the window as a Bart Durham sign and a “God is Waiting for you” billboard, I was low-key frightened by this because I thought it was foreshadowing things to come. I just brushed that off and before you knew it we were in Bowling Green. We went to get a bite to eat at IHOP and dashed to work.
