I learned the importance of spreading information in the Scottish Highlands. I was 15, the summer after my freshman year in high school when and my parents shipped me off to language summer camp. For my ethnography I decided to conduct my observations in the J. Murrey Atkins Library, located at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Beginning at 10:34 am, March 1st, I stationed myself at a table almost directly in front of Peet’s Coffee and Tea. Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is a neuroimaging instrument that analyses the magnetic fields that are generated by electrical activity in the brain (post-synaptic action potentials).
