The Environmental Policy of the United States helps regulate activities that have an impact on our environment by federal government action. This policy helps protect the habitat for future generations and does not interfere with the liberty of the people. President elect Trump should deem this an important public policy to tackle in his upcoming term in office. Republicans typically do not take on environmental policies and put them into action, but I am hopeful he will see the good this can do for the planet.
