    The discipline on a disengaged trainee is a thought-provoking concept on an account of when new information is presented to employees it is for the simple fact that this information is important for their future with the company. A trainee should be eager to learn any new knowledge that is provided from the company, moreover showing an appreciation for the company will make a good impression. This impression that the individual is making will show that their personal skills, knowledge, abilities and potential will be an contribution to the company’s future. If I was a training manager I would pull the disconnected trainee due to the fact that it is my job to see if there is something in my power that will help the member of the company connect to the material. During this process I will explain to him or her the importance of the material, furthermore I will express the educational factors of training and what he or she has to gain from this experience. I will clarify the reasons I was inclined to hire him or her for the position and that this behavior is unacceptable to company standards. It will me my job as training manager to make clear that this training process should be taken seriously due to the fact that it is supposed to mature the skills, knowledge, abilities, and potential not only the individual trainee, but the entire training class.
