Ender’s Shadow Book Review I chose Ender’s shadow for a reading for pleasure book this quarter because it was a companion novel to one of my all time favorite books: Ender’s game. This is a compelling reason to choose this book, as Ender’s game had an impeccable narrative that I thoroughly enjoyed, and hoped I would get to experience again through Ender’s shadow.
