On January 20, 2018 at approximately 2055 hours, I responded to the Dunkin Donuts located at 8419 US HWY 19 Port Richey, FL in reference to an overdose. Upon my arrival, I made contact with a W/M with a backpack, who was asleep at a table in front of the business.
