In this state of observation or meditation we naturally always refer to the Self and intuitive knowing arises as we have been freed from the past and the future. According to Krishnamurti, in the process of observation is the act which comes by way of knowing for in the process of observation we are changing what is being observed so we are acting in the transcendent (1968). Krishnamurti’s view that the observer changes the observed is supported by physics.
