    It had been 31 years since humans wandered out of their homes in Division 3. After the nuclear war ended in 2020, the government of Havenbush divided the country up in three divisions. Division 1, was full of people who were affiliated with the government, they were the only ones with the freedom to legally break the New Amendment. Division 2 was full of middle classed people. Division 2 had a few violators that broke the New Amendment rules, and they were killed by the Sanitizers, robots armed with guns.
