    For P.E. Wellness, students were asked to make a five to seven-day observation of what they ate, drank, along with exercise. Prior to these days of tracking, students had a clear idea of how many calories, grams of fat, carbohydrates, and protein they should intake each day. Overall, I was genially surprised about my results from the five days of tracking I completed. I found that at the start of documenting, I had a higher intaking of fat than was recommended but not enough carbohydrates or protein.
