If you are a fan of soccer or know anything about the game. You would have sometime heard about the name Tim Howard. Tim Howard is considered one of the best goalkeepers in history. In my paper we will learn more about his childhood, beginning of his career, and his future and why I think he should be on a Wheaties box. Tim Howard didn’t grow up in a wealthy family and had to work hard to earn money for lunch at school. Tim and his brother Chris were always full of energy and always into sports during their school years they were always involved in sport. Tim was the best in basketball and soccer he got a big opportunity when he got to train with Mulqueen a professional trainer that would be a big part in Tim’s success in his later years as a professional Goalkeeper. Tim was a hard worker and many people saw potential in him. Tim had found out that he had tourette syndrome when he was in fifth grade and was always teased by kid but never let that get in the way of him succeeding on the field. Tim lead his high school soccer team to the state championship as a senior but was not able to play in that game because he was already offered a contract to play for the North Jersey Imperials and had to go for a tryout for them it was a hard decision for Tim but he had to do what was right so he signed with the North Jersey Imperial and was later given an opportunity to play for MLS soccer.
