    Kym Borgman was born on August 21, 1959, in Hawthorne, CA. Kym has a normal childhood, with an older brother who picked on him. Even though his brother often picked on Kym, when the two weren’t fighting they were conspiring and getting into trouble. Martin would not be Kym’s only accomplice, his life long friend Charles (aka Chuck) Dixon would join Kym in many of his adolent escapades. The two would even raise their families together when that time came. Who knew searching my grandfather's name would lead me to all of this information. Though I don’t talk regularly to Robert Kooren (aka the guy who wanted to know where my grandfather was buried) I do thank him for all they help. This allowed me to find out more about my grandfather since I was only ten years old when he died. Bonnie Borgman, my mother and my best friend. She has always been the type of person to differ from expectations. Even as a child she broke traditional sex roles, and as she grew this did not change very much. As she began to find her own way as an adult, she built on her talents and in away became her own boss. Though she built her own career in away, she did follow some traditional sex roles, such as she never lived on her own or even with friends. She went to her parent home then to her husband's parents home. As a married couple Bonnie and her husband Kym would experience the “joys” of having two children.
