Attending Davidson through this scholarship will not only benefit me and my posse educational advancement, but impact the college in terms of representation and thoughts that aid in Davidson’s diverse environment. We as posse will have the chance to bring new and creative ideas to the campus which help to not only the confirmation of Davidson College being ranked #9 in the Liberal Arts school in the country, but promote diversity on campus with the differing mental and physical ability each student possesses.Davidson college is my dream school due to the fact that it not only contains an Army ROTC program, which will help and prepare my progress into the military after college, it has my Political Science major and extra- curricular activities such as Patterson Court( Fraternity houses), political organizations where I can express my views of the government and understand the political world, it has Student Government where i intend to run for a leadership position, and most importantly, Davidson College’s Outdoors program…
