Mammoth Lakes is a beautiful resort town located in the Eastern Sierra Nevada. The town was officially incorporated in 1984, but has been a hub for outdoor recreation since the late 1800’s. the Sun Road from the West side of Glacier to the East side where we parked and backpacked five miles in to Otokomi Lake. We camped at the Otokomi Campground, which was amazing.
