This publicly traded corporation employs around 55,000 people, who do not only create high-quality diesel and natural gas engines, but also design, distribute and sell engine-related products (1). On the top of that, Cummins provides service of its engines and interconnected components, such as filtration, turbocharger, emission solution and air handling. Principally, the company is divided into four business segments, which are diverse but supplementary; Cummins Engine Business, Cummins Power Systems, Cummins Component Business, and Cummins Distribution Business (2). The first segment splits its targeted market into two groups; on-highway and off-highway use.
