In order to become a stronger leader, I plan on integrating my values and motivations with my personal abilities in my endeavours. By playing to my strengths, as well as recognizing my personal areas of improvement, I will be able to develop confidence as a leader. I aspire to become a role model for others who want to influence change, similar to how Craig Kielburger inspired me when I was younger.
