This commercial starts with a view of a bull standing in the middle of the road in a dessert area. Then the camera cuts to a shot of Mathew McConaughey sitting inside of a Lincoln MKC saying, “That’s a big bull.” Throughout the commercial McConaughey continues to narrate as the camera moves showing the entire vehicle. He then says “1800 pounds of do whatever the heck I want.” This commercial is comparing this large bull to the car that they are advertising. As McConaughey continues to speak and then puts his car in reverse and then goes the opposite direction. As the car is driving away the Lincoln symbol pops up, then followed by the words, “The First-Ever Lincoln MKC.” Then as those words fade away the words “Live in Your Moment” appear with a #INTHEMOMENT at the bottom of the screen. This is trying to appeal to people through social media, wanting them to stay involved with the company. Lincoln uses this analogy to compare their car to a strong and built bull. For this brand, the target audience is mostly upper class working men. This commercial like many others by Lincoln use an extremely successful and famous actor, Matthew McConaughey, to sell their product.
