Since the last reflection, we’ve only had a couple of sessions at the Burkhart Center. In those two sessions, my group and I have seen tremendous changes in the kids in the best possible ways. Children in elementary schools; are not old enough, do not have a reason, and have not reached a level of maturity required, to have a cell phone. An eleven-year-old child is not ready for a cell phone. At this age, they do not have a reason or need for a personal cell phone. A child in this age range has not matured.
