    Human Vitamin B-12 (HVB-12), is naturally found as a multifaceted chemical structure of all vitamins known as cobalamin because cobalt is a part of its chemical (Pawlak et al., 2013). Thus, cobalamin itself is a member of cobalt compounds known as corrinoids, it is referred to as cobalamin (Pawlak et al., 2013). This is an example of a water soluble vitamin, cannot been store by the human body. HVB-12, assists nervous system and functioning of brain boost (Criag, 2010). Commonly found in animal products such as shellfish, poultry, eggs and milk (Craig, 2010). HVB-12, is vital at assisting in forming healthy red blood cells and normal neurological synthesis (Allen, 2004). Compromise of memory loss, fatigue, irritability, and depression are concerns observed from those who suffer from small relative B12 deficiency (Lee et al, 2004). Individuals begin to notice an impaired sense of touch, appetite loss, smell and diets low in VB-12 result in anaemia (Andres et al., 2004). In life-threatening cases, deficiency of HVB-12 can cause psychosis (Pawlak et al., 2013). Characteristically, people who do experience more energy and an improved memory loss when VB-12 becomes a regular part of their diet (Pawlak et al., 2013). On regular basis, VB-12 should be monitored in vegetarians (Craig, 2010).
