Classical Critters Concert Report On November 5th I attended the Masterworks II Classical Critters Family Concert at the SALT Block in Hickory. It was an orchestral concert in a small auditorium and was mainly for the entertainment of young children. The venue was not very extravagant in size or decor, but for the purpose and the intended audience, it sufficed. 4th, the Northern Michigan University music department’s Jazz band held a concert at Reynolds Recital Hall on campus. The music was surprisingly quite varied compared to what I had expected and the musicians were clearly talented. In Zajal music, there are multiple different instruments including the voice. The chorus of men and women who recite the verses of poetry back are known as the Reddadi.
