Why so Cirrus? In the year 2050 the earth was becoming uninhabitable. Gradually, issues of the past that remained unresolved thrived until the world was plagued with pollution and climate change. Fortunately, scientists uncovered a way to alter materials and later people’s genetic makeup, thus they were lighter and more resistant to heat. Consequently, they could reside in the clouds, which served as a barrier from the decaying world below. Regardless of their class, individuals underwent this transformation for a chance at a prosperous life. However, that was 100 years ago and although, the higher altitude offered protection, it provided excess water vapor that was accumulating in people’s lungs and, drowning them. Cirrus looked out over the vast mass of cotton like terrain; the onyx locks that once cascaded down her shoulders were piled on her head so as to not catch on the machines she frequently worked with. Despite her casual stance and posture, she was far from at ease. Her eyes were appeared to be slightly bloodshot and her wary gaze swept the lightly marked roads winding around the minute, hut like buildings. The Houses constructed from wisps of cloud emitted a faint glow and glistened silver in the moonlight. After going through the reading this week, I have one specific recommendation that I would give Marchionne in his endeavor with Chrysler. It would be in Marchionne’s best interest to incorporate the clan culture to gain the best cultural change. I have learned that employees can tend to feel more a part of the organization when clan culture is being used. Sergio Marchionne did a wonderful job, in my opinion, getting Chrysler back to a respectable station. Mr. Marchionne created a functional market culture that created the Fiat Chrysler Automobile company we have today.
